how i can know who blocked me on Windows Live MSN ?

1=go to tools

2=Go to options

3= go to privacy

4= Right click on the name of the person you think has blocked you- If the word " delete" is shaded out you are not blocked. If the word "delete", is not shaded , you are blocked or the person no longer has you on their contact list.
