MSN - is showing my contacts email addresses and not their screen names?

Call in a proper computer person, they'll fix it. (:

go to Options > Layout > label contacts by: choose Display name

if it didn't work, maybe you're appearing offline .. go online

if that didn't work either, install the latest version of WLM from messenger.live.com
