New msn messenger 2009 beta?

K so i just downloaded the "new" msn & yes i'm probably late, but before i had MSNdiscovery so i could go on multiple accounts & see who blocked me and etc. It had a lot of features, but now with the new msn it won't let me have the discovery one... i tried to download the old one again bit nothing is working this new msn keeps popping up... Is there anyway i can fix this? Or anyone know a type of msn that does this that will cooperate with the 2009 version?
