Is anybody here a computer wiz because my msn messenger wont work and i dont know why..can anybody tell me??

well i removed my msn messenger from my computer to try and download a newer version and when i click the intstall thing it extracts the stuff and then an error pops up and it says

Bootstrap has caused an error in
BOOTSTRAP.EXE.
Bootstrap will now close.
If you continue to expirience problems,
try restarting your computer

and ive restarted it like 5 times and it still does that

can some one tell me what i have to do to fix it please??

Uninstall your msn messenger and download a new file and install it back. This would solve your problem permanently.

i can help u,delete all cookies and messenger then get this home edition from,http://avast.com/ now u can download messenger new.also get this,http://ccleaner.com/,best of luck.
