As you can see, it says "Permission Denied: Connection" But I have no mods installed or anything and for some reason it just started doing it today. I tried deleting the ".minecraft" folder and re run it and save it but the same thing keeps happening. Please help, I would really like to play it's my favorite game ever!! Thank you!

Mojang's servers are undergoing what is called a "bottleneck" effect, where there is so many people trying to either create a world, or even join one, that it is kicking almost everyone out. Although many people who had a paid Minecraft/Mojang account before the update may be ably to bypass this, as I suspect that the problem isn't the game hosting servers that the members use, but the registration process is what is causing the problems. I suspect that when it becomes available to people that don't have an account, it won't be free anymore. If you can remember it, the same thing happened when a new call of duty game launched a couple years ago, as in the bottleneck effect I mean. Don't worry, and definitely don't go buy a PC Minecraft account. I also remember hearing from someone that these problems should be fixed by next Friday. In the meantime go use the buckets that Mojang added in this update. (Build a water based mod trap)

he is trying to download the latest minecraft launcher but something prevents it. Maybe you should check your firewall settings and put minecraft on the save list if it aint. Otherwise you can just log in to www.minecraft.net and download minecraft again. Remove your old version and install the new one. Now your launcher is already up to date and the thing that was preventing it from downloading will reset his configures for minecraft.
