HI , SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!! ERROR CODE 80040154 !! :S?

hi everyone , now i have Windows live messenger 9 .. and i cant sign in .. it gets up error code : 80040154 .. and ive tried EVERY POSSIBLE SOLUTION : Re register msxml3.dll
Re installmsxml3.dll
InstallingContacts.msi from Contacts_ship_neutral.cab
Uninstalling and Reinstalling Windows live messenger
... NOTHINGS WORKING !! i dont know HOW TO FIX IT! PLEASE HELP ME! THX. (:

➜Error: 80040111 or 80040154

If you are receiving the error 80040111 or 80040154 when you sign into Messenger, please try the following:



➜1. Reregister msxml3.dll. To do so follow the steps below that are applicable to your operating system version:

☇1.a.Windows Vista:

1.a.i. Click "Start," click "All Programs," click "Accessories," and then right-click "Command Prompt."

1.a.ii. Click "Run as administrator."

1.a.iii. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password or click "Continue."

1.a.iv. Type the following command, and then press ENTER:

REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll

1.a.v. If the file can be located and is available, you receive the following message:

DllRegisterServer succeeded in C:\Windows\System32\msxml3.dll is succeeded.

1.a.vi. If this step is not successful, go to step 2.

1.a.vii. If this step succeeds, go to step 3.



☇1.b. Windows XP:

1.b.i. Click "Start," click "Run," type the following command, and then click "OK":

REGSVR32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll

1.b.ii. If the file can be located and is available, you receive the following message:

"DllRegisterServer succeeded in C:\Windows\System32\msxml3.dll is succeeded."

1.b.iii.If this step is not successful, go to the next step.

1.b.iv. If this step succeeds, go to step 3.

➜2. Reinstall MSXML3. To do so follow the steps below:

☇2.a. Visit this Microsoft Web site.

☇2.b. Click the "msxml3.msi" link near the bottom of the page, and then follow the wizard to complete the installation.



➜3. Restart the computer, and then sign in to Messenger again

The MSXML library may be corrupted and may have to be reinstalled.



You can do this like so:



Step 1. Re-register msxml3.dll



- Click on the Start menu, select Run and type the following:

Regsvr32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll



Hopefully, you will see a window popup that says: DllRegisterServer succeeded in C:\Windows\System32\msxml3.dll is succeeded.



Step 2. Restart your computer and sign into Messenger again

Uninstall abode windows stay Messenger. Open my computer, open tension c: and then open courses itemizing. Delete the itemizing left at the back of for abode windows stay Messenger. this might intrude with the Reinstall, then Reinstall abode windows stay Messenger.
