MSN Messenger skins for 8.5?

Question

I am trying to download one of the MSN messenger skins but it says that its compatible with version 8.5 and so the website says to update MSN to the newest version, which I did. But when I try to download it still says its not compatible :/ I have the version 2009 and I don't know how to get 8.5 so any help please?

❣do a system restore to a date BEFORE installing the new Windows live messenger



❣the previous 8.5 might not work because it will always ask you to update and probably won't let you sign in anyway here comes the link and a trick

☇ first close MSn at all

☇ then

☇ go to

☇ C:/

☇ program files

☇ MSN messenger

☇ properties

☇ compatibility

✓mark 'compatibility with windows 2000'



☇ then sign in MSN



NOTE

I suggest using WLM 2009 and a PLUS skin for it
