I need to uninstall Windows Live Messenger from my computer please help mee!!?

I have been trying desperately to uninstall it because my idiotic mother did a system recovery on the computer and now none of my programs work I can't uninstall Windows Messenger and I need to because I need to reinstall it so it will work again. Same with iTunes. I'm so mad this is annoying. I've tried everything and when I go to add/remove programs and the list comes up there's no Windows Live Essentials and then I tried using RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\inf\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove in the run box but when I press okay it makes that error sound and it won't work. I'm sooooooooo annoyed! Help me plzzzz!

I think you will have to reinstall windows with a complete hard drive format in NTFS. Because your pretty much stuffed.
