Our school is kind of high security on everything, and there is no way to access control panel. We have Windows 7 and the option to access my control panel doesn't appear to exist anywhere. I tried using this code in Notepad:

@echo off
C:\WINDOWS\System32\cmd.exe
pause

and saved it as a windows Batch file but i couldn't lock the file, as the properties window cannot be reached when selecting any file on the school computer. I don't want to run the file without protecting it, but I am out of options at this point.

At a guess, it was disabled for a reason. Do yourself a favor, watch YouTube, access Facebook, and all that other rubbish on your own computer and on your own time. Otherwise the only thing that's going to happen is you'll get caught doing something idiotic on the school's network, get caught and expelled.

You can access your control panel by taking your laptop to school, if that is allowed.

Don't confuse that with accessing someone elses control panel.

When schools (or any company for that matter) block access to certain features on their computers, there is nothing a regular user (like you) can do to get around it.

Why do you need to go into control panel? There is a reason why its blocked.

Access to that is blocked for you from a far higher level than that. There is nothing you can do to get around it, it is utterly and completely inaccessible to you. Stop trying, the system administrator is smarter than you are.

School computers are for school use only, not to be messing around with.

They probably disabled it through Group Policy.

You can not! If you did manage it, you would be breaking the school rules - which leads to expulsion, no education, no qualifications, no job, no money.

Think about it... People 2 or 3 years older than you in school are MUCH cleverer than you, but they couldn't break the security.
