What site has a text generator that changes text to small uppercase?

If you don't understand what I mean by small uppercase I mean something like this :

Surely there is a site out there with a generator for this type of text, and I don't mean all greek letters, just small uppercase.
If anybody knows any please post, and don't answer if you're just going to put "I don't know".

I'm not sure about a website, but you can do it with microsoft word. All you do is type what you want to make into small uppercase...highlight it, and then right click on it. select font from the drop down menu and then select the small upercase box in that menu.

Why use JavaScript which is dependent on people having JS enabled in their browsers? There's a very simple CSS rule to transform text to uppercase. If that's the only h3 tag: h3 { margin-top: 0px; text-transform: uppercase; } If you want only the one, then make an id rule: #all_caps { margin-top: 0px; text-transform: uppercase; } And HTML:
