Today my "my msn" home page is completely messed up and unusable. I am able to access the generic msn home page, and from there access outlook.

I am having the same problem. It started unexpectedly this morning on a Win 7 computer. I can easily open the generic MSN page and it looks as it ought to. When I open the MY MSN page however, the usual header is one big blurred color bar and all of the topic boxes are missing. On the left side of the screen, there is a long, vertical run-on of bits and pieces of what looks like text elements from My MSN page. It's a mess and impossible to use. My guess is that this is a Microsoft issue. However, if that is what it is and they don't fix it quickly, I'm dumping MSN alltogether and going to use Yahoo exclusively. My computer is not experiencing any other issues and is definately not infected in any way. I'm quite certain of that. If it was working just fine when I logged off last night, it seems odd that it's all messed up now. This has never happened before. I doubt that this issue is specifically related to this one computer. I tried to access My MSN from one of my other computers, and got the very same thing. It happens on Firefox and also Explorer.

If you're using an old reboot version of Xp, I'm having the same problem with certain websites on some of my computers that I've had to use a 2003 Xp reboot disc as I have the same computer model that only I use and it has had fewer problems than the other one that my sons or my wife crashed by downloading a malicious virus that has destroyed the Xp software at least 6 times since I bought it back in 2009.

Since Xp updates are scheduled to end April 8, 2014, you're probably going to experience more incapatibility problems before the Xp updates end.

Originally Xp update was supposed to be extended for another 10 years, (2020) but I guess u-soft decided they need to force people to upgrade their software/hardware whether they want to or not.

I had to buy into Xp in 2009 because my Me system was having problems dealing with the entire internet as it was perceiving every web search as a potential software virus threat, that's how incompatible software reacts when the support ends, I scraped by for almost 3 years when Me update ended in 2006.

I had my Pc worked on and when I got it back, the text, everything on the screen was really small/ I was told to close all your tabs and right click on your mouse and choose personalize, then choose display settings/ the number of pixels should be 1024 x 768 but this can always be adjusted

If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, hold the control button and rotate the wheel. You could also click the view button then go to the text size menu. You can also hold the ctrl button and push + or - on your numeric keypad.

I have the same problem on both my XP PC and my iPad 1. So much for blaming an old MS OS.
