Are there programmes that could see what you've been on and see your msn conversations? *best answer*?

Just wondering, though you delete your browsing history, can other people that share your computer somehow get that info though they have a different account??
And on msn, are there programmes that can retrieve your convo's with people though you don't save your old convo's??

There are programmes that can keep track of your every move on a computer yes, but any free ones will usually come full of viruses and will require someone with more then the usual knowledge of computers to use them properly or even figure out how to use them. They can log every stroke you make on your keyboard. from anything you type into word, to every conversation you have over MSN. But the chances that one is on your computer is slim, they come with there own set of problems and the average computer user won't know what there doing.
