How do I create custom emoticons for windows live messenger?

Question

I want to be able to create emoticons for windows live messenger, .jpg's .gif's etc and to be able to use them in convos of course :P

Can anyone help?

well save the image u want to use in an easily accessible place like desktop, and click on emoticons and in the last box there will be a ... click on that then look for a plus sign. the rest is self explanatory
